ABSIP Congratulates Old Mutual SA for Transformational Leadership

The National Executive Committee would like to once again congratulate Old Mutual South Africa (OMSA) for its stern leadership in advancing the transformation agenda of the South African financial services sector. Having been awarded 2015 ABSIP Game Changer Award for Most Transformed Company in the Financial Services Sector, OMSA has one again proven their commitment to transformation.

Karabo Morule

Karabo Morule appointed as new MD of Personal Finance segment
We wish to congratulate Karabo Morule on her appointment as the new Managing Director Personal Finance segment.
Morule is a qualified actuary who obtained her Business Science degree in Actuarial Science with First Class Honours. She is a Fellow with the Actuarial Society of South Africa (ASSA) and was recognised as one of 200 Young South African leaders who are shaping the country’s future (Mail & Guardian, 2014).
We commend OMSA on entrusting the leadership of the largest insurance business to a black African female – we believe this speaks volumes to the depth of women leadership and resonates with the Vision 2020 of ABSIP.
We wish Karabo all the best in her new role.

Khaya Ntozini

Khaya Ntozini appointed as new leader of Mass Foundation Cluster (MFC)
We further congratulate Khaya Ntozini who takes over the leadership of MFC.
Ntozini holds a B Compt from UNISA and completed an Advanced Management Programme at Wits as well as the General Management Programme at Harvard. With over 20 years of service at Old Mutual, he has vast business experience across Old Mutual’s sales, distribution and operations functions.
We take this opportunity to wish Khaya Ntozini the best in his new and exciting role.
